Beulah Thompson

Beulah M. Thompson, 80, Crawfordsville, passed away Monday, June 20, at 11:42 PM, at St. Clare Medical Center. She was born October 21, 1930 in Crawfordsville to Roy D. and Emma Bell (Harper) Thompson. She married Hubert Thompson and they later divorced.

Mrs. Thompson was retired from RR Donnelley where she had worked for 32 years as a Sewing Operator and Table Handworker. She was a graduate of Crawfordsville High School and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Crawfordsville.

She is survived by 2 daughters: Judy (Larry) Adkins, Hillsboro; and Nancy Thompson, Birmingham, Alabama. She is also survived by brothers: William (Nellie) Thompson, Crawfordsville; Rev. Richard (Camille) Thompson, Cicero; sisters: Ellen (Walter) Mason, and Edith May McGuffie, both of Crawfordsville; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband and her parents.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 24, at 11:00 AM at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, 315 S. Washington St., Crawfordsville, with Rev. Richard Thompson officiating. Burial will be at the Mace Community Cemetery, Mace, Indiana. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, June 23, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
