Bobby Eugene Richardson

Bobby Eugene Richardson, age 84 of Veedersburg, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020 at the Waters of Covington. He was born in Veedersburg on May 28, 1936 to the late Lewis Nelson & Lois Mae (Mettee) Richardson.

Bob graduated from Kingman High School in 1954 and proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1958-1960. Throughout the years he worked at multiple factories and worked for National Homes (now Wabash National) for 10 years. Bob loved listening to bluegrass music, attending bluegrass festivals, playing his Dobro and guitar, and working on crossword puzzles.

He is survived by a brother, Raymond (Glenda) Richardson of Kingman; two sisters, Janet Ping of Covington and Becky Brook of Crawfordsville; a brother-in-law, Ethan Whyde of Kingman; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Betty Hensley and Mary Whyde.
