Connie Jo Bowman

Connie Jo Bowman, age 74, of Crawfordsville, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026 at Ben Hur Nursing and Rehab. She was born on March 3, 1952 to Paul and Norma (Ehrie) Fischer in Crawfordsville.

Connie attended Fountain Central High School. She worked locally at Coast to Coast, RR Donnelley and retired in 2017 from Pace Dairy. In her younger years, Connie was active with her square-dancing club and bowling league. She enjoyed camping, reading, and boating. Later in life, she appreciated a quiet evening working on word puzzles, listening to music, and spending time with her dog. Connie was fiercely proud of her grandchildren and enjoyed attending their sporting and school events throughout the years.

Connie will be missed by her children, Daniel Donahue, Daryl Donahue and Dawn Pruett; 7 grandchildren, Jason, Austin, Caleb, Jordan, Tivon, Olivia and Blakely; soon to be 8 great grandchildren; her sister, Donna Demoret; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Paul Fischer and Norma Kincade; brother, Ronald Hart and brother-in-law, Steve Demoret.
