Cynthia Kay Lewellen

Mrs. Cynthia Kay "Cindi" Lewellen, 62, Lake Holiday, passed away on Sunday, September 6th, peacefully in her home. She was born on March 16th, 1953, in Crawfordsville, to Richard J. and Rosemary (Scott) Bever. She married Robert M. Lewellen on September 14th, 1974 in Crawfordsville. He survives.

Cindi graduated from Crawfordsville High School; the Class of 1971. She had held several restaurant management positions before becoming a Homemaker to stay at home to take care of her grandchildren and family friends. She had attended the Waynetown Christian Church. She enjoyed family gatherings, baking, camping, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her Mother, Rosemary; her daughters: Heather (Dan) Cummins; and Amber (Tim) Underwood, both of Crawfordsville. Also surviving are her 2 loving sisters: Salli Harrison, Monticello; and Tammy (Gerald) Fowler, Henderson, Nevada; 5 grandchildren: Cameron (Kori) Cummins; Ciara Cummins (Bruce Woodall); Cody Cummins (Annika Conrad); MaKaila Underwood; and Kaiden Underwood; 1 great grandchild: Jett Cummins; and several wonderful nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

Cremation was chosen with at Celebration of Cindi's Life to be held on Friday, September 11th, at the Crawfordsville Masonic Lodge, 221 S. Washington St.., where the family will greet friends from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
