Dickie Hargis

Mr. Dickie "Dick" Hargis, 79, Crawfordsville, passed away peacefully in his home on Monday morning, January 30th. He was born on February 9th, 1937, in Montgomery County, to Everett C. and Thelma C. (Todd) Hargis. He married Joann Bullock on August 22nd, 1960, in Montgomery County. She preceded him in death on September 17th, 2002.

Dick was a Retired Driver for the Montgomery County Highway Department. He was a 1956 graduate of New Market High School and in his free time loved bowling.

He is survived by his nieces and nephews and his best friend, his cat, Britches. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; his sister: Jean Bullock; and his brothers: Don Hargis and Jackie Dean Hargis
