Donna (McCoy) Millikan

Donna (McCoy) Millikan, age 79 of Tangier, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Franciscan Health Crawfordsville. She was born in Crawfordsville on September 13, 1946 to the late Hershell and Mary Dell (Sowers) McCoy.

Donna brought joy and warmth to all who knew her. She graduated from Turkey Run High School in 1964 and followed her passion for beauty, studying at beauty school and starting her career as a beautician in Crawfordsville.

Donna wore many hats throughout her life, but none brought her more fulfillment than being a loving mother and homemaker. She had a talent for cooking and baking, crafting countless birthday and wedding cakes that celebrated milestones for friends and family alike. She was well known for making her famous noodles. Her knack for making every occasion special was matched only by her genuine, caring spirit. Donna was a teacher's aide at Turkey Run Schools and Rockville Schools, where she made a significant impact in the lives of many students. She also worked at Gobblers Knob, Child Adult Resource Services (CARS), and in the beauty shop helping Marge Keeling and Grace Garrison.

On April 27, 1969 she married Robert Eugene Millikan, he survives. She also leaves behind a son, Mike (Christy) Millikan of Martinsville; three grandsons, Nate (Josie), Ben and Max; two brothers, Max McCoy of Rockville and Melvin (Gayle) McCoy of Sylvania; two sisters, Jo Ann (Rick) Lund of Rockville and Pat (Floyd) Branson of Crawfordsville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st Street, in Kingman on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Tangier Old 16 Cemetery.
