Freddie Junior DeMotte

Freddie Junior DeMotte, age 80 of Kingman passed away peacefully on Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Waters of Covington.  He was born in Newport on July 8, 1938 to the late Fred & Grace Irene (Anglemyer) DeMotte.

Freddie proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a concrete finisher and landscaper.  He was a cowboy at heart, loved horses, and loved playing the guitar and singing.  He enjoyed mushrooming hunting, fishing, and spending time at the river.

He is survived by his daughter, Debra Lynn Hall of Georgia; two brothers, Chuck & Tom DeMotte; two sisters, Brenda Bracken and Marilyn (Walter) Nixon; two grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Randall DeMotte; a brother, Billy Gene DeMotte; and three sisters, Rosemary, Virginia, and Beulah.
