George Glen Osborn

George G. Osborn, age 86 of Kingman passed away at 5:15pm on Saturday, March 7, 2020, with his loved ones by his side.

George was born in Cates on June 17, 1933. He was the son of Amandus & Mary (Persley) Osborn. They preceded him in death along with a sister, Grace.

On May 29, 1954 he married Mary Maxfield, she survives. Together, they had 3 daughters, Sue (Al) Winstead of North Carolina, Sally (Brent) Pearman of Kingman, and Glenda (Rick) Cole of Williamsport; 6 grandchildren, Gabe, Brandi, Steph, B.J., Tori and Alecia; 15 great grandchildren; 5 great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

George was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed being with his family, working outside, and piddling in the garage. He worked for Coffing Brothers Apple Orchard for 12 years, then worked for Cayuga Brickyard where he retired after 32 years.

Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st Street in Kingman on Saturday, March 14 from 11:00am till the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm with Pastor Dusty Woodrow officiating.
