Jeffrey Dale Pitcock

Jeffrey Dale Pitcock, age 62, of Crawfordsville, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville. He was born in Crawfordsville on October 3, 1959 to Corvin D Pitcock and Shirley (Deckard) Fulwider.

Jeffrey graduated from North Montgomery High School in 1977. He enjoyed fishing and trapping. Jeff lived in South Carolina for 27 years. His favorite pastime was deep sea fishing. He made many friends there and became known as the local "Mr. Fix it." Even though he was an ornery fellow, he was a joy to be around and will be missed by many.

Jeff truly didn't know a stranger. In the short time he had in Crawfordsville at Wellbrooke he touched many people. Jeff was a ball of energy and loved making people laugh. He was still joking up until his last few days. Jeff had a deep faith and knew he was going to a better place and we look forward to seeing him again.

He is survived by his parents, Corvin (Eleanor) Pitcock and Shirley (James) Fulwider; two siblings, Cheryl (Keith) Griggs and Cindy (Will) Frazee; a niece, Carissa Griggs; and two nephews Luke (Shelley) Griggs and Joel (Haley) Griggs.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
