Joshua James Comer

Joshua James Comer, age 47 of Marshall, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Union Hospital in Clinton. He was born in Harvey, Illinois on February 9, 1976 to the late Robert & Lanora (Lee) Comer.

Josh attended Turkey Run High School. Throughout the years he was a truck driver and enjoyed drawing, working around the house, and cooking, and even went to Culinary School. He loved helping out his friends and neighbors.

On November 19, 2008 he married the love of his life, Clara Jane Comer, who survives. He is also survived by his five children, Corey (Courtney) Comer, Noah Comer, Jonah Comer, Gabrielah Comer, and Liberty Comer; one granddaughter, Andie Jo Comer; three step-daughters, Tashina (Nathan) Foust, Lashelle Garrison, and Alisha Royal; seven step grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Laura Thompson.

Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st Street in Kingman on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
