Kevin B. Schaeffer

Mr. Kevin B. Schaeffer, age 47, of Frankfort, IN. passed away in the comfort of his home and family on Saturday afternoon August 8, 2020 following a short illness. Kevin was born February 10, 1973 at Monmouth, IL. the son of Morin Gene Schaeffer and Deanna Jo (Fox) Schaeffer. Kevin graduated from Monmouth High School and recently had work as a Quality Control Tech for Custom Building Products until he was disabled. Kevin married Stephanie Terry on November 12, 2013 and they both described themselves as homebodies who enjoyed being with their children and grandchildren.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Stephanie Schaeffer of Frankfort, IN., his mother, Deanna Schaeffer of Monmouth, IL. and his brother, Douglas (wife Molly) Schaeffer of Monmouth, IL. He will be missed by his stepsons Zachary Terry of Hillsboro, IN and Jacob May of Crawfordsville, IN. and step daughter Jessica May of Indianapolis, IN. As "Pappaw" he will be dearly miss by his 5 grandchildren, Emily, Rheydan, Tiegan, Nikolai and Kaydence. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services for Kevin B. Schaeffer will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday August 12th at Shoemaker Funeral Home, 202 Bratton Rd. Waynetown, IN. and burial will follow at Wallace Lutheran Cemetery east of Wallace, IN. The family will receive guest from 12 noon  Wednesday until the services at 2:00pm. Social distancing and the wearing of face mask are required.
