Lora McDaniel

Ms. Lora Lorene "Lori" McDaniel, 52, Waveland, passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, May 19, at 9:19 PM. She was born July 25, 1961, in Gary, Indiana, to Seldon and Delores A. (Sager) McDaniel.

Ms. McDaniel was the owner of the Hilltop Liquors in Waveland and a Homemaker. She was a graduate of Crown Point High School.

She is survived by her daughters: Coriann Arts, Newburgh, Indiana; and Megan Arts, Brookston, Indiana; her mother: Delores McDaniel, Crawfordsville; her sisters: Brenda (Ralph) Jones and Kathy McDaniel, both of Waveland; her brothers: David (Kathy) McDaniel, Lowell, Indiana; Mark McDaniel, Waveland; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her dad; and an infant brother: Frankie Scott McDaniel

Cremation was selected with a Visitation to be held on Saturday, May 24, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home. Services will conclude at 4:00 PM Saturday. Online condolences may be sent to: powerspriebefh.com
