Miesha Rae Linker

Miesha Rae Linker, age 57 of Waynetown, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026. She was born in Crawfordsville on September 16, 1968 to the late Keith Busenbark and Annie (Blackford) Linker.

Miesha graduated from North Montgomery High School. On April 15, 1989 she married the love of her life, Brad Linker, who survives. Miesha was a nurse aide at Lane House for several years, dedicating her time and energy to caring for those in need. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her profession; she was a loving homemaker who cherished her family above all else. Miesha found joy in the simple pleasures of life-she loved animals, boating on sunny days, immersing herself in music, and embracing the thrill of skiing. Cozy movie nights and quiet afternoons spent with a good book were among her favorite ways to unwind and create cherished memories with her loved ones. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion, touching the lives of many with her warm smile and generous spirit.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Brad Linker; three children, Ariel Linker, Garrett Linker, and Jordon McKamey; a brother, Jason Busenbark; a sister, Carrie Gilmore; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Keith Busenbark and Annie (Blackford) Linker; her step dad, Gary Linker; two sisters, Shawna Stockton and Lori Linker; and her daughter, Desiree.

Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 202 Bratton Road, in Waynetown on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 1:00pm till the time of the funeral service at 2:00pm with Pastor Kurt Flora officiating.
