Paula Charlene (Kenny) Oshier

Paula Charlene (Kenny) Oshier, age 68, of Crawfordsville, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 at home while surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 18, 1951 in Crawfordsville to the late Charles and Emogene (Howard) Kenny.

Paula graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1969. She married Ted Oshier, and they later divorced. Paula graduated from Vincennes University with a surgical tech degree and worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette for over 33 years. She enjoyed reading, sewing, knitting, watching TV, her favorite show being Gray’s Anatomy; she loved going out on the boat on Lake Schafer; she loved to cook and was great at it, and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by a daughter, Amber (Adam) Horton; a son, Justin Oshier; two brothers, Brad (Sharon) Kenny and Roger (Phyllis) Kenny; three grandchildren, Jordan (Jason) Hartwick, Mackenzie (John) Crane, and Leilani Oshier; four great-grandchildren, Kira, Renesmae, Tahner, and Elliahna; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside memorial service on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Chapel, 1718 W 350 N, in West Lafayette.
