Ronald Ward Sr.

Ronald "Ronnie" E. Ward Sr, age 77 of Wallace, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at home while surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was born on December 12, 1948 to Clyde & Frances (Stonebraker) Ward. He was a life long resident of Wallace.

Ronnie graduated from Fountain Central High School. He was a loving dad and grandfather. He enjoyed wood working and setting up at festivals. He was an avid Purdue basketball fan. Towards the end he enjoyed spending time with this family and teaching his grandkids new things. He was loved and will be missed by his family and dear friends.

He is survived by his four children, Lori Brady, Todd Ward, Ronald (Ferrell) Ward Jr, and Brian Gill; grandchildren, Austin, Joshua and Isabella Ward and several other grandkids and great grandkids; a sister, Carolyn Stevens; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Tyler Ward; and a brother, Tom Ward.
