Sharon Lee Britton

Mrs. Sharon Lee Britton, Hillsboro, formerly of Wallace, passed away Wednesday, September 2nd, in the Rosewalk Village of Lafayette. She was born in Crawfordsville to Leslie and Grace (Allen) Swank. She married Randy Britton who preceded her in death in 2008.

Mrs. Britton had worked at RR Donnelleys where she was a member of the Donnelley Club. She was also a member of the New Hope Christian Church; the Eagles, Moose, and American Legion Auxilliaries.

She is survived by her daughter: Dawn L. Brown, Crawfordsville; her sisters: Susan (John) Conkright, New Ross; Lisa Ann Maxwell, Carbon, Indiana; her brother: Eric (Debi) Swank, Frankfort; 3 grandchildren; an 14 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: David, Danny, and Ed Swank

A Public Graveside service will be held Monday, September 7th, at 11:00 AM, in the Wolf Creek Cemetery, near Wallace, with Rev. Mike Whitacre officiating.
