Sylvia Ann (Bunton) Gass

Sylvia Ann (Bunton) Fletcher-Gass, age 76 of Mace passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at home. She was born on January 3, 1943 in New Winchester, Indiana to the late Elmer & Francis (McNeff) Bunton. In 1961 she married Richard Fletcher and they had two children, Richard Jr & Ninette. In 1977 she married Ken Gass and together they ran the Old Mace School Bargain Center and Gass Tree Service until their retirement. Sylvia was a 50-year member of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband; Ken Gass; two daughters, Ninette Fletcher-McCraine and Anita Gass-Perez; a son, Steve Gass; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John Bunton; and her son, Richard Fletcher Jr.
