Wade Reed

Wade Reed, age 58 of Kingman, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026 at Franciscan Health Indianapolis. He was born in Danville, Illinois on January 15, 1968 to Phillip and Sally Reed.

Wade graduated from Fountain Central High School and worked at Fountain Foundry in Veedersburg for 27 years as a melting supervisor. A true outdoorsman at heart, he cherished spending his days hunting, fishing, beekeeping and shooting. He had a special bond with his trusty dog, Angus, who he loved spending his days with. Wade adored his grandbabies, relishing every moment spent with them.

Wade is survived by his father, Phillip Reed, his brother, Troy Reed; his fiancé, Lori Eyestone; step-kids, Amanda (Nathan) Grubb, Johnny Teeguarden and Craig Teeguarden; a granddaughter, Destinee Teeguarden; great grandkids, Braylynn Day, Maverik Lewis, and Audrey Lewis; and a niece Michaela (Irving) Muniz.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally Reed.
