Glenda Kay (Dove) DeBusk

Glenda Kay (Dove) DeBusk, age 83 of New Market, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Franciscan Health Crawfordsville. She was born in Parke County on August 23, 1938 to the late Cecil and Naomi (Newell) Dove.

Glenda graduated from New Market High School in 1956 and she married John C "Jack" DeBusk on August 5, 1956. She was a manager at Dari King for many years throughout her life. She attended New Market Methodist Church and was a powerful prayer warrior. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by two children, Stanley and Tyler (Tammy) DeBusk; four grandchildren, Jacob, Levi, Jordache, and John; a great-grandson, Milo; two sisters, Patricia Busenbark and Rita Lieske; and a brother, Leslie Dove.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jack, and a sister, Thena Beasley.

There will be a private family service. Burial will take place at Indian Creek Hill Cemetery.
