Rosetta May (Robinson) Short

Rosetta "Rosie" Short, age 92, of Crawfordsville, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2021 at Wellbrooke of Crawfordville. She was born on November 21, 1928 to the late John "Jack" L. and Margaret (Creighton) Robinson.

Rosetta graduated from Knox High School in 1947. She married Howard Short on March 25, 1951, he preceded her in death on July 15, 2013. She enjoyed watching football. Her favorite teams were the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, and Purdue Boilermakers.

Rosetta is survived by her daughters, Cindy (Glenn) Whitaker, Marsha Curry, and Della Grimes; sister, Violet Ono; five grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Howard; brother, Lee Robinson; and sons-in-law, Jim Curry and Dale Grimes.
